Deep thoughts! I agree with most of what your saying, but personaly if i i was in kagome's position i would easily give it up to travel in fudal japan, at least there i'd be doing something worthwhile, plus i'd get to travel with inuyasha, but really the real world is so boring compared to a world like that ( which i guess is kind of your point), who wouldn't give up such a mundane existance for a life of adventure, especially when she doesent even have to give up her old life entierly, she can go backk whenever she wants. All i'm saying is that i tottaly understand why Kagome made that decision and i wish i was her. Great work though. Please check out some of mine, espesialy my world, kit. Thx
bra that is sooo true and i thought i only thought that stuff!! and jus because you realize the true questions and answers in the series doesn't make you a nerd....but if it does that makes me the biggest nerd around! lol
I kinda agree with animepulse, and with the author... My mom says all the time how she was never bored as a kid. She always had something to do. It seems that our gen. is bored within 5 minutes of starting something. Soooo we daydream about something. But also, susshy.uber.rad has a point as well. After how many close calls, most people would pack up and leave if they were participating out of boredom.....They start coming for something to do, and keep coming because they're needed. Sides, Kagome does end up leaving her family and friends behind to be with Inu & co. after she finishes high school in the last chapter. Her family cares about her, but INu needs her, plain and simple. sorry for the long post, and for sounding like i actually know what i'm saying.
The first fan words I'm faviroting and voting! I agree, although, I do wish that Kagome would live in the feudal era, she seems to be happier there, and more needed, I feel the same way, I daydream about fighting dermons, (or now mainly hollows) and I dream about being in a death match between me and a demon, or sparing with a freind, being a warrior like Kagome is SO cool! -AsagiTaichou visit my site for a good fanfic

Yeah, I'm not sure how much of it is the "need to be needed" versus the boredom of our reality. How much of an adventure would it be to travel to the past and travel around fighting demons alongside demons?
